Nestled in Federal Hill near the beautiful Inner Harbor, AVAM is a unique and exciting venue for your special event. Three historic buildings and two sculpture plazas house artwork, and the buildings themselves are award-winning designs. From an intimate dinner party to a large-scale reception, we look forward to hosting you.
Three enchanting floors
The 3rd floor banquet room in the Jim Rouse Visionary Center (JRVC) can seat up to 400 for dinner and dancing, and includes staging, screen and projector, and a warming pantry for your caterer. Ceremonies for up to 250 guests can be held in the 1st floor or 3rd floor banquet room. For 250-400 guests, choose from the JRVC 3rd & 1st Fl or JRVC + Sculpture Barn package.
