In less than 5 days we planned the most beautiful sunrise elopement at the Washington Monument in Washington DC for this Kentucky couple. They decided that they wanted a true adventure elopement and packed their car with their two pups to head to Washington DC. It was a stunning but cold morning for their ceremony where the only two witnesses were their pups. I took them on a tour of some of the beautiful DC landmarks which were perfect for these two political junkies :)
